Mix 2 g (half a measuring spoon = half a tbsp) powder with 400 ml water or soft drink. Take two servings daily. Do not exceed recommended daily allowance.
1 serving (4 g):
Mix 1 serving of powder (4 g = 1 measuring spoons = half a tablespoon) with 250 ml water. Take 2 servings a day, one 30 minutes before workout.
