Fruits, eggs, and lots of protein! Let's see an easy to make breakfast recipe with big amount of protein and delicious fruits.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 100 g pineapple + 100 g apple
  • 30 g whey protein
  • baking on coconut oil

Nutritional values

Calories: 476 kcal

Protein: 48 g

Carbs: 26 g (depending on the fruits used)

Fat: 20 g (remove egg yolks to decrease if needed)
