Here is a dietary breakfast, which contains only a minimal amount of carbs. In fact, if you use a carb-free protein powder, the breakfast will be carb free as well. So it is only up to you how this breakfast fits into your diet!

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 2 scoops of Biotech Protein Power (can be different or same flavour)
  • 1 tblspoon cooking powder
  • sliced almonds
  • sugar free cocoa powder (optional)

Nutritional values

Calories: 599 kcal

Protein: 74 g

Carbs: 15 g (can be decreased depending of the type of the protein)

Fat: 27 g (can be decreased by removing egg yolks)
