Sweet tortilla? That's weird. At least we thought it would be, but the truth is that not only the good old chicken or tuna wrap can be made of it, but also a delicious and sweet goody.

What you'll need:

  • 4-5 pieces of whole grain wraps
  • 250 g lean curd
  • 150 ml plain yogurt
  • 30 g 100% Whey Protein Professional (yogurt-peach )
  • 10 dkg raspberry
  • liquid sweetener

The making of, step-by-step:

1. Mix the curd, the yogurt, the protein and the sweetener in a bowl.

2. Grease the wrap with the cream: don't put too much on it or else the half of it will spill out.

3. Put some fruits on the curd and wrap the tortilla.

The supplement facts for the wrap:

  • Calories: 1140 kcal
  • Protein: 83 g
  • Fat: 25 g
  • Carbs: 168 g
