Creatine is a substance naturally occuring in the organism and basic source of energy for the muscle contraction.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise.
Training days: Training days: the basic daily dose is 5 g after any physical activity.
Non-training days: use 5 g in the morning on an empty stomach. Take regularly for 4 weeks.
Once the 4 week period has been completed have a break from using the product for at least 4 - 6 weeks. It is recommended to combine with the consumption of carbohydrates (e.g. with gainers). Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use: 5 g = 2 flat teaspoons. Measure the recommended dose and stir it properly into a sports drink. Once opened, store at a temperature that does not exceed 25 °C and consume within 4 months.
