I have been taking it for almost 3 years - here's why

I have long been choosing this product when it comes to antioxidants. Reliable 27-year-old Polish manufacturer, good composition, there is material in it normally. Choose an antioxidant complex because it is much more economical than buying a few individually in a package that only has one or two types (and sometimes not much more for weight/mg). The package effect feels much better than with vitamins. For those, it does not hurt to buy vitamins D and C separately in addition to the multivitamin, because the multi "does not fit" as much as it really needs. However! You usually need very little of a particular antioxidant, but so little that you wouldn't even see the pill if it consisted purely of the "active ingredient". A 5mg something would fall out of your fingers. Therefore, what you pay for the "separate" antioxidant product is the carrier, absorption garnish and packaging. Why? Look e.g. the 10mg Coenzyme Q10 tablet from one of the leading Hungarian manufacturers, ~23ft/pc, but it is ONLY Q10 and a total of 10mg. This Power Blend is ok to be 113ft/pc, but it only has 15mg out of Q10 and that's just beside the rahedli among other useful things. Next thing you can compare is e.g. grape seed extract content. Another leading Hungarian manufacturer's 200mg tablet containing only grape seeds is now available at a price of ~35ft/piece. Power Blend has 150mg and grape seeds are not the main profile of this product. Third thing is e.g. look at ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid) content and alternative sources. It has 30mg which isn't much at all, its standard dose is between 300-600mg - yet it's just a type of fat(acid).. But if you're just looking at the price... You can get 200mg per capsule from the same manufacturer at a price of ~35ft. The 2 well-known, competing manufacturers share this at a price of 51-74ft/250mg. And a big US manufacturer is giving it 30ft/100mg now if you're looking for "Alpha Lipoic Acid" here. The bottom line is that we're already at ~60-70ft of 195mg of 3 randomly chosen ingredients (if you were to take them separately). However, they put a lot of things into this because the capsules are very large (although they are easier to swallow than a similarly sized pill, e.g. a thousand vitamin C). A total of 1000mg+ of this and that, for 113ft. 1 can be expensive, but on the one hand it is enough for 2 months and in the long run it is worth it after all (unless you justifiably want an extra amount of something)... Its only shortcoming is that it doesn't have Lutein which would be good for the eyes. I only think this is a shortcoming because I took Lutein separately beforehand, but it's also expensive in itself (similar to the examples above), I would have liked to have had it put in this as well. Combine it with a meal containing fruit and vegetables, as they are better absorbed (the reason is why C products are also packaged with a little rosehip or citrus bioflavonoids - these are good together). We can't really talk about their effect in the case of vitamins and antioxidants, but rather their deficiency has all sorts of mixed bad effects. The point of these is to (s)train them for a long time and continuously, and maybe you will be more youthful-fresher, and even cancer will avoid you, maybe. They can't officially claim it's against something, because it's not a drug and there's no guarantee of that. I look younger by 6 years, I feel good and I rarely get sick, but this is due to many other factors. Either you believe in such a product or you don't. If you want antioxidant diet, but don't want to pick them all by one, this is an excellent choice.

I started the plain Vita sportal which worked for me Olimp was true to his name and packed a very good little basic vitamin with it. thought I'd give it a try because worse can't be true more expensive a little more. After a week and a half of two weeks, it started to give me the feeling that I was getting more rested and I always felt like I needed to do something about it. He added a lot so that even after a stronger day at work, I wouldn't feel like "oh I'll pop in tomorrow instead."
